Roof Replacement
We don't do shortcuts on replacements. Tear off the old roof, check the decking for soft spots, install synthetic underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, shingles, ridge vent. The whole system. Your roof is only as good as the layers underneath.
Roof Repair
Missing shingles, cracked flashing, a leak over the kitchen. Whatever it is, we fix it. Our Mekinock repair crew runs 6 days a week. Most repairs take half a day.
Storm Damage Repair
Wind speeds over 60 mph cause shingle tab lift and seal failure. Hail over 1" diameter causes fractures through the shingle mat to the fiberglass reinforcement. Our HAAG-trained inspectors know the difference between cosmetic damage and functional damage. That distinction determines your insurance payout.
New Roof Installation
New construction or an addition? We install new roofing systems from scratch. Decking inspection, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, ventilation calculations, and whatever material you want on top. Shingles, metal, or flat.
Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge standing seam in Galvalume and pre-painted steel. Concealed fastener system means nothing's exposed to weather. Panels lock together at the seam and clip to the roof deck.
Shingle Roofing
GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles with StrikeZone nailing area. The highest-selling shingle in North America. Impact-rated to UL 2218 Class 4 when installed with the full GAF Roof System. Our Mekinock crews install Timberline in the full system configuration to qualify for Golden Pledge warranty. ASTM D3462 and D7158 Class H certified.
Flat Roofing
Flat roof leaks usually happen at penetrations, seams, or flashing details. We locate the source, repair it properly, and coat the surrounding area. If the membrane is shot, we'll recommend replacement. Not a band-aid.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in North Dakota. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
If your gutters overflow during rain, they're either clogged, undersized, or pitched wrong. Sometimes all three. We'll assess the issue and fix it. Might be a cleaning, might be a replacement.
Roof Inspection
Buying a home in Mekinock? Get an independent roof inspection before you close. Home inspectors look at the roof from the ground with binoculars. We get on it. Big difference.
Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency tarping is the first priority. We cover the exposed area to stop water entry, then schedule the permanent repair once conditions allow. We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. It's part of the repair cost.
Skylight Installation
Tubular skylights bring light into tight spaces. Closets, laundry rooms, interior bathrooms. They use a reflective tube through the attic space, so they work even when the roof is far from the ceiling. Installed in a few hours.
